For Mew | 2016 CatConLA Vendor We’re Excited About

Featuring our first CatConLA vendor we’re excited to meet at the epic cat convention in June…

12pm. Wednesday afternoon.

Cynthia is perusing the For Mew website.

Marcy and Penelope Kitten are having a whapfest over who gets to sit atop the cat condo.

Cynthia:  Hey! Stop fighting and look at this!

Marcy:  Whap. No.

penelope kitten (squeaking): whap. busy.

whap whap whap whap WHAP!

Cynthia:  Are you sure? I’m looking at the coolest cat toy site on the internet.

Marcy and penelope kitten:  Toys?!!

Cynthia:  Yup. Artisan toys. Filled with catnip.

They stop whapping and trot on over to see the toys.

Cynthia:  For Mew is a shop that makes organic cat nip toys –

Cat Quilts –

And interactive cat mats –

Aren’t the patterns just darling?

Much better than the crumpled up pieces of paper you two use to play soccer. Or the stained Scooby-Doo towel you both love to sit on in the middle of the couch. Or, the giant mound of shredded tissue paper that grows bigger and rattier every day and makes our living room look like a garbage dump.

Marcy (greedily agreeing):  Obviously we need an upgrade.

penelope kitten (squeaking):  obvi.

They start adding For Mew toys to their shopping cart while Cynthia checks out For Mew’s art Etsy Shop, Stacey’s Cats, on her phone.

Marcy:  I’ll take that one.

penelope kitten:  i want one.

Marcy:  And this one. And this one. And this one. And this one.

penelope kitten: me too me too me too me me too.

Cynthia:   Stacey Young, the founder of For Mew, is also an artist. Love this.

Marcy and Penelope Kitten continue to frantically add items to their shopping cart in a effort to one-up each other.

Cynthia:  So what did you two decide on?

They freeze. Eyes dilated. Ears back.

Marcy:  Ummm… It’s a…  surprise! Yeah.  Just give us your credit card.

Cynthia:  Oh how fun! I love a surprise.

Cynthia hands over her credit card.

Tune in in four weeks when Cynthia gets her credit card bill with over $1000 in For Mew cat toys on it.

*CatConLA is June 25th and 26th at The Reef in downtown Los Angeles. Hope to see you there!

Stop by the Marcy Very Much table. We’ll be in the CatConVillage section of the event.

    Meanwhile, this site looks amazing.
I’ll definitely be there for Cat Con! Yay!

(stained Scooby Doo towel: BWAHAHAHA!!! not that we would know, or understand, or have our own versions of that here… )

Yes! Lots happening around here at Marcy HQ! Although Marcy is now mad that you didn’t take her to Paris.

Love the art! But a little freaked by “Blue Bird Crisp.” Sounds like a bag of blue birds that have been roasted, salted and packaged like a bag of potato chips. Probably very appealing to Marcy.

That was a leeeetle graphic for me but Marcy loved it. Now she wants ten Blue Bird Crisps. The crisp is filled with catnip, btw. lol
      i’ll take ten.

A thousand bucks in credit card bills, huh? Maybe those girls better go back to beating each other up for entertainment! Cute stuff, tho!
