Penelope Kitten is super busy at the kitchen table (aka PK HQ) along with Business Cat, the Canvassing Twins, and the Intern.
They are part of the All Black Cat Super Pac working diligently to get Hillary Clinton elected Prez on November 8th.
Marcy wanders in wearing a red pantsuit.
Marcy: I thought you were a Bernie supporter?
penelope kitten (squeaking): yeah yeah. but bernie got burned. gotta help hillary now.
Marcy: I’ve always been a Hillary supporter. I’m not a fair weather feline.
penelope kitten (looking up from her spreadsheet): so what r u doing to help?
Marcy: Well, I’m wearing my red pantsuit.
Penelope Kitten stares at Marcy without blinking.
Marcy: My next post will be about pantsuits.
penelope kitten: no no. our next post is about my all black cats super pac.
Marcy: No it’s not.
penelope kitten: yeah yeah. just waiting for the graphic.
The phone rings.

Penelope races to the computer with the phone tucked under her chin and pounds on the keys.
penelope kitten: got it. looks fab.
Penelope pounds on the keys again.
penelope kitten: it’s up. ok thanks. bye.

This logo is awesome!!!! And I totally love P-Kitty’s squad at the top of the post. Those kitties look like they can really get things done.
They’re pretty good except when the Intern is stoned on catnip and Business Cat misses his deadlines. Then – things slow down a bit. Also, the Canvassing Twins are sometimes a little ornery. But P does a good job of keeping them on target and getting things done!

I hope Marcy does not want to bite me if I say I am one of the many people who are unhappy with this election. Even the Libertarian Gary Johnson is all wrong.
And sweet Penelope would not dare bite anyone, but she might hiss at me if I told her Bernie would have taken a chunk of her cat food, toy, etc. money.
But I still love Marcy and Penelope, and this is one of the many things that makes our country great. Freedom of choice!
By the way, I just made a ModCloth order and remembered to go through your site this time.

Awww… thank you, Stacey! What did you get?! I so miss your blog! Do you think you will go back to it at some point?
I did debate whether or not to post something political for fear of alienating some of my readers. We do have some debate amongst the cats in our household! Scooter is a Trump supporter and Hamlet still thinks Ben Carson is in the race. The election has the entire country in a state of depression. Can’t wait until it is over and we can exhale and be happy again. Oh – and Marcy says she would never ever bite you. She thinks you’re cool. And Penelope says she wouldn’t hiss at you – she’d just squeak very loudly which is what she does to me when she wants more food and some play time. 🙂

PK you totally have Clove, Kaspars and me on your team (and it’s not because your Dad is from OR!)!! The graphic rocks- we are HUGE house panther lovers in our home, especially being we have had three in our family who are now angels. And Marcy- what a pawesome way to show your support of Hilary with a red pantsuit. Red definitely is a smashing color on you!
While we are just as distressed with this election as everyone else, we cannot and will not vote for or ever wish to see The Donald as President of the USA. MAYBE President of the KKK, Anti ADA but it would be a disaster, sad example of society’s low/bigoted/greedy standards if he won. Regardless of how people feel however, it is important to vote. To not vote is an insult to all those who fought to give us this privilege and a sign of not caring about the future of our country’s affairs. We join you in hands and paws for Hillary!
