Marcy In Her Box |
Cynthia: Hi Marcy.
Marcy: I’m in my box.
Cynthia: I know. Want to tell me your new year’s resolutions?
Marcy: Well, I’m in my box.
Cynthia: You can tell me from your box.
Marcy: Okay. ‘Cause I’m in my box.
Cynthia: Yes. I know. So, what will you change or improve upon for 2014?
Marcy: Okay. Here’s the list as… Decreed From My Box.
Number One – Cindy will feed me more Friskies.
Number Two – Penelope Kitten will find somewhere else to live.
Number Three – Scooter will give me his sunspots, cat nip, and tennis ball.
Number Four – Freddy will rub my face more often.
Number Five – Cindy will feed me more Friskies.
Cynthia: Those are resolutions for others. The idea of a new year’s resolution is to change yourself for the better. Or, to achieve goals that you set for yourself.
Marcy: No.
Cynthia: No?
Marcy: No. I reached all of my goals and became perfect 3 years ago. It’s others who need improvement.
Cynthia: I don’t think you can do that, Marcy.
Marcy: I can do anything. I’m in my box.
