They’re all photoshopped. It’s the creation of some “guy from Australia who likes cats and Photoshop.” Wedding photographers submit a picture where they photoshop out the bridal bouquet and add a cat. So it’s fake.

Marcy stares at the screen. Still unable to speak.

Cynthia:  It’s okay, Marcy. It’s not real. It is photoshopped.

Silence.

Cynthia:  I know. I know. People are nuts. Just when you think there can’t be any more cat fashion, cat memes, cat videos, or cat anything else – someone comes up with something bizarre having to do with cats. I don’t know how I feel about it either.

Marcy has lost the ability to speak. She can only stare at the computer screen.

Cynthia:  I can’t tell what you’re thinking. You ok? It’s no biggie. It’s photoshopped.

Silence.

Cynthia: I swear. It’s photoshopped. Marcy? You’re freaking me out. Please say something.

Marcy, still not speaking, answers Cynthia with a picture of her own that she found on the web.
